Use the notes function to add any questions you have as you read. Make at least 1 note and identify at least 3 words you are unfamiliar with.

1. Try to find the Gnommish equivalent to our alphabet using the translation provided by Miss Tindle. Write a short message about what you think of the book so far and translate into Gnommish. Don't forget to include your name in Gnommish as well!
2. Who is Tutankhamen? Do some research using some of the apps on your ipad as well as the internet to create a one page report on Tutankhamen. Think about some of these things while you are researching:
Who was he?
When did he live?
Why was he important? *Remember that if you are researching from the internet, you must put information into your own words as much as possible and remember to include the link to the websites you used at the bottom of the page.
